We had three boats, despite less than ideal conditions, attempt to go offshore today. All three were back at the dock before lunchtime empty handed. The forecast wasn’t good for today with Northeast winds up to 20 knotts in the morning. But with the fishing being so good, for Gaffer Dolphin in particular, there were a lot of die hard anglers and captains willing to give it a shot. Conditions were too rough and the Captains had a hard time finding good water. Their crews were greatful for their dedication but decided to head in. Tomorrow looks to be a fishable day with a decent forecast so be sure to check tomorrow’s report for the catch!
