Today’s anglers came in happy. Temps were good, nice easy breeze and good fishing.
The nearshore fleet today caught bluefish, cobia, spanish mackerel and several citation size Red Drum which were released. The offshore boats brought in some good size gaffer dolphin, bailers, and billfish. Two blue marlins were caught and release and five white marlin were caught and released. Brothers fishing aboard the Right Hook, Grayson Hunter, age10 caught and released a Blue Marlin; and Charles Hunter, age 8 caught and released a white marlin. Paul Russell of Va Beach caught a 78 pound yellowin Tuna for a citation and Nicholas Lewis of Rome GA caught a 36 pound dolphin for a citation. Great Job to all anglers.
