The nearshore fleet hit it big with 9 cobias over 35 lbs, including citation sized catches of 94 and 67 lbs. A good catch of spanish makeral and bluefish under ideal fishing conditions and sunny, cloud-free skies filled out the nearshore fleet’s day. The offshore fleet landed in excess of 80 gaffer dolphin and plenty of smaller bailers under ideal conditions in the Gulf Stream. Angler Braden Hudgins, age 8, caught and released a citation sailfish, and on the same boat angler Bailey Hudgins, age 10, caught and released a citation white marlin.
