Our nearshore fleet had a busy day today with good catches of bluefish & spanish mackerel. The fishing aboard the Marauder resulted in good catches of false albacore, barracuda, dolphin, amberjack and bluefish.
Fishing offshore, First Crack with a novice fishing party had a terrific day! They caught and released 3 white marlin, caught 2 large gaffer dolphin and 30- 40 bailers. They are hooked on offshore fishing and vow to come back. The party fishing aboard Bi-op-Sea caught and released 2 white marlins and a sailfish. The Marlin Gull caught a 287 pound Mako Shark.
