Fishing was great all around. Our Inlet boat caught a limit of Rockfish in the sound and the Nearshore boats caught plenty of Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel to go around this morning. The Offshore fleet got into Dolphin, Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna and a couple Wahoo along with Tilefish and Amberjack. The Sushi had a MEATFISH GRAND SLAM with their Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna combined with Dolphin and a Wahoo, and also released a Sailfish. Four boats were booked together by a group all the way from the west coast with the Iowa Steak Company and Obsession took the gold with around 140 pounds of meat! The weekend looks like it might start off a little breezy, but by the beginning of the week we’re looking at pretty ideal conditions with South winds at around 10-15 knots.
