Our fleet had a good day today on the water. The nearshore boats had full day trips today which resulted in a nice catch of Mahi Mahi. The Offshore boats had good results bringing in two nice Big Eye Tuna and Mahi to the dock. A Sailfish was also released. The first offshore fishing adventure for The Camden Family of Shawboro, NC resulted in citations. Ten year old Ryan Camden caught and released a White Marlin while his 18 year old brother, Tyler caught and released a Blue Marlin along with a nice catch of Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi. Two Big Eye Tuna (weighing 197 pounds and 172 pounds) were brought into the dock by another offshore boat which also caught and released a Blue Marlin. We have a busy week planned for Mimi’s Tiki Hut: The Hut opens at 12 daily offering cool beverages served by our friendly Tiki Girls. Tuesday and Friday (June 14th and June 17th) we have live music from 4:30pm – 7:30pm by Brent Nultemeier so drop by to relax to great music and watch the arrival of the fleet. Wednesday, it’s our Full Moon Party with live music from 7-10PM featuring B.C. and the Dreadnecks! Come by and see us!
