It was a wet one on the ocean today. The offshore fleet spent most of the day in the rain. However, the winds were light and the ocean was smooth. Everyone went after the marlin bite today. Just about everyone had three to four white marlin today and caught good amounts of dolphin. There were no boats with double digit marlin releases but the great dolphin catches were a welcomed addition. Some of the dolphin exceeded the 30 pound mark and were really impressive. Tomorrow looks like it might be a blow day and given what happened after the last blow the week before we are all interested to see what happens on Tuesday’s trips.
