As Bonnie moved off the coast we had clear skies and fantastic fishing! Many of our charter boats reported catching boxes full of gaffer dolphin and yellowfin tuna with some boats catching their limit. At least 3020 pounds of fish was moved through our fish house today!!! Billfish are beginning to appear in reports more with some boats releasing white marlin today. With a shorter ride it means more fishing time which is perfect when fishing has been great nearshore! Our nearshore fleet has been reporting high numbers of spanish mackerel which are being caught alongside cobia, triggerfish, amberjack, seabass, and dolphin. Right now the fish is hot!
