Another week of fantastic fishing! Today the offshore fleet continued to catch good numbers of white marlin. The numbers were a little less than they were earlier throughout the week but every boat had at least 4 caught and released today. Good numbers of fish continue to be spotted cutting through bait offshore and are fairly spread out from day to day. The wind is supposed to pick up from the northeast tommorow afternoon it should be interesting to see how that effects the fishing over the next few days. Quite a few blackfin tuna and some dolphin were also caught today also. Our guys from Pirates cove are doing great in the va beach tournament along with our buddies from OIFC. We hope to see everyone from down here on the leader boards when the tourny finishes up this weekend.
The nearshore fleet did really good today catching big numbers of Spanish Mackerel and blues in the morning then mixed it up with some giant Cobia on the afternoon trips. The full day trips also had Amberjack and good catches of dolphin.
