If you like Tilefish, this is the week for you to be fishing! Often referred to as the Poor Man’s Lobster, it is a great meat fish with a sweet flavor and our Anglers this week will be dining on it for sure! Both nearshore and offshore, the boats came back with limits of Tile fish. Nearshore, they were also catching Sea Bass. Offshore, there were a couple of Wahoo and Dolphin catches to mix it up. Hoping better days are right around the corner – Tournament Week is almost upon us! Mark your calendars!! August 11-12 is Alice Kelly and then August 13-17 is the 35th Annual Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament!
