The seas were rough today due to Tropical Storm Chris, NE winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, and seas 6 to 8 ft. Due to the weather our Offshore Fleet stayed tied to the docks. One Nearshore trip ventured out in the sound and reported catching a few Spanish Mack, Bluefish, and Croaker , a mixed bag of fish!
Looks like the next couple of days will continue to be windy with a Tropical Storm watch in effect, but it looks like the end of the week and the weekend are looking good for fishing.!.
