What a difference a day makes! After vicious thunderstorms moved through last night, today was absolutely beautiful, and the tuna were biting. Let’s hope the season is finally kicking in after a nasty winter and wet, windy start to spring!
Yellowfin Tuna were thick in some areas today with some scattered Wahoo bites. Several large “gaffer” Dolphin were also brought in. One of the offshore charters had 518 pounds of meat! A nice Mako was brought in by a private boat. All in all it was a very good day of fishing.
