Another absolutely beautiful day for fishing on the Outer Banks. The Offshore fleet hit on wahoo big time with one boat landing 12 and another 9 while others had 3-4 a piece. In additon, the catch included yellowfin tuna, some box-fulls of bailer dolphin and the release of a 200+ lb blue marlin. The Nearshore fleet tore it up with bluefish this morning. The weather forecast is for clear, sunny skies and calm seas throught the weekend and into next week — an ideal time to book a charter and try your hand at the tuna bite.
